How about someone speeding while texting? One of the ride-alongs I did, the person was swerving a lot. The cop thought it might be a DUI and it turned out the girl was on the phone. Just as bad, true. Bad driving is dangerous period. Don’t invite trouble by getting drunk and driving is all.
