scaredy – don’t mean to get on you. Just trying to understand. I think your wife is lucky that her husband is so agreeable. It sounds like you are not regretting your decision very much so maybe you were never an adamant no on another kid and maybe on the fence and she just gave you the push. You are just scaredy on the fence and need a push for another kid and to buy a house 😉
