scaredy, but that doesn’t mean the lawyer you pay thousands dollar to can’t be equally clueless. Most people has simple straightforward living trust, so I can’t imagine what’s the huge value addition that a lawyer could provide. Anyway, I am going to buy a book from Nolo Press on this subject to see if I can figure it out myself.
