Scalia did not seem to believe the Constitution was a living/breathing document – and that’s a big problem in a country moving towards socialism that was founded as a Republic.
That’s also a big problem when you have a good majority of voters who seek to use the power of govt to steal $$ from those who have it, and transfer it to those who don’t (or who feel entitled to more).
