Sadly, it seems the rules of the game have changed and if you are cautious and conservative, it would seem that you lose. It’s hard for me to make myself to a 5-YIO ARM. It’s like going against the grain and every fiber of my being is screaming not to do it. I don’t like to gamble and I like to sleep at night. Yet, the way it’s looking, I’ve been screwed by not doing it. I’m hoping the rules will change back, but it’s not looking that way.
