Russell – I agree w/what you say. The problem is for the past 10 years there’s been nothing illegal, but morally wrong situations that have been happening in real estate and we are still not close to resolving any of it. It continues.
I hate to say, if you can’t beat them, join them but if you find your dream home, what can you do to make sure you have a chance at getting it. NOBODY has been playing by the rules. It’s disheartening, but when no one plays by the rules, everyone else has an advantage, but you. At a certain point, for your own cause, people will succomb and do what they have to do.
