Remember the days before internet listings, and people just lived in their houses, totally ignorant about what housing prices were doing unless they wanted to buy or sell?
I think you and jp are going to be happy about your purchases for a long, long time. Time to enjoy life and not worry about housing prices anymore. It’s a tough addiction to break, but totally worth it, IMHO. Can’t wait until we get to forget about the housing market after we buy. You guys are lucky.
