remember back in November of ’07 there was a “sudden” and “unexplainable” drop in both the NODs as well as REOs?
well folks, count 4 months forward and we have March.
So the 1600 NODs from 11/2007 mature into 1161 REOs, that’s a 72.5% NOD to REO rate!
as for the 3284 NODs, very respectable especially with all of the postponements and delays.
