Regarding Hamdan’s “trial,” wtf are we prosecuting bin Laden’s driver for?!?!? Yeah, he should probably go to jail for being involved, but why so much fanfare and muscle behind it. Save it for the real criminal–like why the fuck don’t we have bin Laden by now!? What are we doing monkeying around with 16 year old detainees in Gitmo (article and video released a week or so ago) when Criminal #1 is still at large–or so we all are led to believe. The current status is either that our efforts to capture him are incredibly incompetent or we are prolonging (or obfuscating) his capture or death for political reasons, both of which are abhorrent.
