Recently visited the Silhouette sales center. Seems like the prices have not changed much all year, infact its a bit higher than 07/2008 updates on this thread. Any thoughts?
12/2008 price sheet:
Plan 1: $631K + $15K incentive
Plan 2: $677K + $15K incentive
Plan 3: $709K + $15K incentive
And they are still selling homes in Phase 5/6 as per the sales agent with move-in dates around April ’09. No word on Phase 7 yet. I wonder how they are holding the prices up even though they have been trying to off-load Phase 5-6 almost all year.
