Realtors have essentially become used car’s salesmen. There are few honest ones out there. By and large, the majority are just looking to make a quick buck.
Frankly, in today’s day and age, I have to question what value a buyer’s agent really offers. By and large, the information they can provide is available either free or much cheaper from other sources. (e.g., if you buy a $1mill house, are you really getting $30k of services from them?) And, the advice the majority offer is either deceitful or half truths designed to get you to buy quickly at a high price to maximize their income with the least amount of work.
