If you have decent PC video card you just need the S-video (or HMDI on fancy video card) out to TV and the line out cable from PC audio card to receiver.
For my low end laptop, I have VGA output hooked up to my LCDs (most LCD have PC input), and a Y cable from headphone jack of laptop to RCA input of my receiver. Stream netflix, decent picture, OK audio only stereo.
