Probably some sort of ‘tease’ to get people in the door. Freddie Mac is showing 4.69/0.7pt for 30 and 4.13/0.6pt for 15 year — not that a person will actually get that since Freddie Mac is a ‘refinancer’ and not an ‘originator’.. I would add in about 0.20 for the ‘originator’s cut.
