radelow – Burgerner is a busy street, but I consider adjacent streets to be one of the nice portions of BP(e.g. Grandview, DeerPark) as long as you are far enough south of Clairemont Drive. I’d agree that there are nicer areas just to the South and West off of Milton, though.
