Definitely agree with profhoff.
Call me crazy, but if she likes being around you, how about a romantic weekend in a nice hotel…just the two of you? You can stay locally and maybe see a concert and go to a very nice restaurant. Maybe Humphrey’s for both the hotel and concert? You can go for nice walks and head downtown for some fun.
