Prices are down there too. Here’s a good example on the low end of Aviara which is Tramonto. There is a 4BR/3BA 2323 sq ft house on the market right now for $660,000 which has been on the market about 2 months. The same house sold in for $690,000 in July 2004 in 21 days. When it sells it will be 5 to 10% below the price it sold for about 2 1/2 years ago.
