To clarify. I have about 30 listings right now and the situation is the same on nearly all of them.
Additionally, I am not hurting. Frankly, my business has never been better and I can figure out why. It is because I have the ability to foresee what is coming down the pike in the next 6 to 12 months while postioning myself to exploit it. Drop your pet peeves and try it some time.
Economics is all very theoretical and assumes sterile conditions and all that ceteris paribus crap. The world does not work that way.
