I’m for it. It’s such an obvious concept, a human being =! corporation. And Free Speech is for human beings.
I’m not a lawyer but with this, a foreign govt can set up a corporation in USA and support a specific candidate. Not that it will happen openly (although it happens secretly now), now there is no legal argument that can make that illegal.
