PlnrBoy, I don’t think those are fair comparisons. Never has a sinking boat or blown up rocket caused as much environmental damage as this. Not to mention the economic damage that will be suffered by thousands along the Gulf Coast.
I’m not sure about the history of what happened after the Hindenburg exploded, but I think sometimes after a disaster the best thing that can be learned is that “maybe this isn’t a good idea”.
