All the action isnt in the highly desireable areas right now it is in the highly distressed areas. This is where the base is forming and what the market will build on going forward. If I am not mistaken, what you saw in the early 90’s was very different in that the collapse came top down as opposed to bottom up this time.
I hate to say it but it really might be different here.
