Personally, I can’t do anything less than 1800 s.f. while having a family…I know there are plenty of people that do it, I’m just not one of them…so I would advise you against this property. When we relo’d down here we were in a temp apt. with the 3 yr. old and our 2 VERY large dogs (no yard), so I speak from first hand experience, when it comes to a family, certain things are needed.
We have a 3 yr. old and now a 3 month old and have chosen to rent while we see what happens around here. I had to control my motherly urge to ‘nest’…and it is hard, but my LOGIC luckily outweighs the emotions at this point.
