CAR, that is pretty much the norm around Point Loma and for that matter Mission Hills these days. In all but perhaps the true low end of the price spectrum, 2001 nominal pricing seems to be available here and now.[/quote]
Wow. I’d give anything to see 2001 prices in our area. We are still very much in bubble territory, for the most part. At least, that’s how sellers are pricing things around here.
