pemeliza – I know you already saw this and posted it on SDL. Just want to also put it here. 906 W Lewis sold 03/28/2007 for $2,095,000. They tried to sell it in 2008 for $2,150,000. The reductions continued for over two years. Just closed for $1,270,000. 39% off the 2007 price and less than the 2003 price. We were NOT seeing these declines a year or two ago. Almost 40% off in Hillcrest. Two years ago people were arguing that there was no way Hillcrest would have such great reductions. Laughing at the mere thought of it.
