Pem, even though on Goldfinch (a bit busy), the third listing is very charming. I haven’t seen a bathroom like that since I was in one in La Mesa Village . . . lol. But there was no lot size shown and no pics furnished that I could see the side lot(s) better. The lots on the two sold comps you gave was only about 4500 sf (a little substandard). Just wondering if a old one-car garage exists on the third listing (doesn’t say but it may be too narrow to park today’s cars and open like a woodshed). Also wondering if there is room to build a two-car garage with a one-car driveway to the front or perhaps alley-facing (can’t quite picture in my mind exactly how Goldfinch is south of University). I could see where buyers wouldn’t want to street park or park outside for around $465K. That’s the only issue I see so far as it is a very cute property in a great area within a short walk to all.
