Park Village is a nice place, great for those who love the outdoors, the Canyon is a gem. Schools are good, sometimes driving is a hassle, there is no connection from the older PQ to the semi-newer PQ to the newer PQ…engineers never designed any streets to go through from east to west, and North to South from Park Village is only Black Mt. Road, which backs up considerably in the am and pm. Park Village is essentially the world’s longest cul-de-sac. In the event of a fire, I think we would be trapped…I live near the end of Park Village Rd. When we had a small fire a few years ago, the firefighters had to run a hose across the road near PQ creek park, we were trapped. My husband could not go to work that day. They wouldn’t let him drive over the hoses…great engineering!
