Don’t worry about it unless they do something that compromises your safety and security. You’re a libertarian, right?
Yes, but for most of us IMO there is a natural process to life.
Do you start off driving a BMW 335? No, most of us start off with a beater and work our way up.
The same goes for housing.
If you skip to the front of the line you end up with JBS.
Justin
Beiber
Syndrome
If they do become Justin Beiber types, then you can start worrying about it. Are they probably going to party more than you and your family? Yes, most likely. Is this really a problem, though? No, not if you just realize that, as social animals, we sometimes have to deal with people who don’t do things exactly like we do.
As long as they’re nice, I think you should just wave to them and be friendly. Remember the old adage about flies and vinegar. If they think of you as the bitter, crotchety complainers next door who are trying to impose their will on everybody else, they will not respect you or your wishes. If they think of you as the nice family who are always friendly and waving to them, then if there is ever a problem, you can nicely mention it to them, and they will be much more likely to try to fix things as best as they can.
