paramount, this is an excellent use of $$, IMO. It will vastly help your curb appeal in a sea of brown lawns if you decide to list your property (short or otherwise) so you can move forward with your life.
I can’t list at the present and there is no foreclosure activity currently surrounding me, but I have recently and am doing same :=)
