Maybeck is in a totally different league than these other SFR. Maybeck is nothing more than giant detached townhouse. That’s why it’s priced even less than Chanteclair, although it’s a lot bigger.
$100k to upgrade the interior will give you a pretty sweet looking interior. To get you the basic interior like what you can find in a low $600k Maybeck, I think can you do it for around $50k.
