Pablo: Kolsch is good stuff. One of my grandpa’s buddies was from Koln (Cologne), and this is where Kolsch derives its name and style. He brewed a badass Kolsch, as well as some of the heavier double Bocks.
If you go for the hoppier stuff, the Bavarians RULE. They also make nice big blondes, too. The women, not the beer. :). When it comes to cars, weapons, beers and women, you gots to love the Germans (and Austrians, Prussians and Bavarians).
Deutschland uber alles. And not in the creepy Hitler way.
