OTOH, if they don’t work longer hours, past the “allowable” construction times, then it might take them even longer to complete the job…possibly adding weeks or months to the job. It might be a good idea to choose one complaint or the other: either construction during the evening/weekends, or having the total duration of the project go on for too long. These are opposing complaints, and “fixing” one will likely make the other worse.
