One quick comment on Coronado. This is only a single data point but i have heard similar tales from others. One of my best friends and mentors lived in the COronado Cays. He was a very successful entrepreneur and it was his dream to live on the water. He moved away with his dream shattered. He had major issues with schools there. The schools were full of spoiled rich kids many from families south of the border who walked around with large amounts of cash. He is no angel but the drug problem there stunned even him. His daughter was spoiled also but not even close to how much and how unsupervised her classmates were. His daughter was in and out of rehab many times, never made it to college to his disappointment and now works at a cannabis dispensary.
Again just a single data point and maybe an isolated incident.
