One of the things that’s good about this site – there’s diversity of neighborhoods.
We’ve got some downtown folks. A few east county folks. BG brings the south county and Chula Vista perspective. Some very active north county coastal types, some 15 corridor types, some Temecula/murrietta types… Clairemont is well represented, as is my hood – UC (at least two other regular posters live in my hood.)
There are pros and cons to every neighborhood.
Rather than getting into a pissing match over which is the BESTEST EVAH!!! Why not have rational discussions about the pros and cons of the areas that each of us has familiarity with… when it’s appropriate.
The OP specifically asked about certain communities in the NCC and 56 corridor. It’s appropriate to give him/her info to address his/her questions.
We’ve heard the arguments ad naseum from several parties:
* chula vista has big lots and fewer mello roos.
* North county coastal is exceptional and all the buyers can pay cash for their properties – at least sdr’s clients can.
* 4S is where premier folks move.
* UC is Lake Wobegon- all the kids are above average. (Sorry – had to joke about my hood, too.)
* and of course Santee is only 10 minutes from the beach. LOL.
Rather than fighting with each other… how about we answer the questions originally asked. It seems like a few folks did, then it got hijacked into a giant childish fight.
C’mon folks. My 8 year old and 10 year old (sometimes) show more ability to just walk away rather than squabble. (Ok – not really – but this thread reminds me of their bickering.)
