On the subject of Silver Crest I am looking at a house currently that is for sale and I was wondering with the high HOA fees is there a community pool, park etc. there for use?? I’ve only been in the development once and I am headed out with a realtor on Friday. I was hoping that you could shed some light on the community aspect?
