On that we can agree . . . 4S as with all areas of SD is still overpriced and have more room to fall. I made no comments on this point which is really not in dispute. BTW pointing out fire resistant technology in RE in SD in light of recent events is hardly “BS cheerleading.”

Of all of the foreclosure activity in the 92127 zip code these are the ones in 4S Ranch.
I would honestly be very interested if anyone has access to better data by zip code. It seems particularly hard to find. Assuming these numbers by foreclosure.com are even close to correct (they seem to be too low) it appears that the foreclosure tsunami hasn’t arrived at 4S yet.
