Ok. Forget the house I posted. Thanks to zzz and others who posted links although my post is vague in criteria. This is why I like this site so much. Heard that Poway has many great communities. We generally like mature landscaping, lot min. 1/2 acre, re-built after 2000. I have seen many listing in Poway built in 2000-2005 with mature landscape, but no mello-roos or HOA. It looks nice, but mostly larger (around 5000 ft) and price above 1 m. We would like to hear opinions about communities in Poway and RB which fits into my criteria. Does old Scripps Ranch have such houses? If so, how does it compare to poway and RB? Thanks. One thing I noticed is Old Scripps Ranch does not have as many distressed properties like Poway. maybe I am wrong. What do you think the trends in these areas? downward, flat or upward?
