Oh yeah, tow truck companies LOVE hoa’s. Especially when they have towing violations. In my friend’s community they say no parking on the street from 2AM until 5AM and the tow trucks start scoping at 2AM like vultures. The other night they towed his car at 2:15 because it was sticking out of the driveway.
