(Jerry S. very sad that this will probably interfere with his grand plan to bring us a Charger’s Stadium come hell of high water! But alas, Jerry B. is threatening to take away his redevelopment slush fund!)

[3] City is hell bent on spending redevlopment money by hook or crook. (We will waste it here but won’t give a cent to Jerry Brown!) So they are going to spend $29MM on beautifying the Ebarcadero

[5] Mayor and city council keeps on talking about building libraries, stadium, city hall, convention center etc. etc. even though they can’t fix our roads.
