This property is at the corner of 56 and 15 intersection. Like a townhouse (2 bedroom and a poultry one-bathroom upstairs), kitchen and living area are downstairs. The rent is probably $1,400/month. I am interested in property is because its potential: good school district and dirt cheap. The current asking price is a little more than half of the 2005 peak price. However, I knew little about that particular area. So I am very hesitate to make any offers.
