Nope, definitely San Marcos. Rancho Carillo elem, San Elijo midle, SM High. All SM school district. The line is just west of Rancho Carillo, which is also in the SM district, as is most of La Costa Greens. Bressi is in Carlsbad school district. Believe me, I’ve checked it all….
