No hard feelings AN, I think it is great to able to own a home that your family can grow up in, I did it with my family. But unlike the words of Rich “Buying at the exact bottom or selling at the exact top shouldn’t even be the goal. If you achieved either of these two, it’s because you got lucky” I sold at the very peak in my area code, 91354, and will buy where I want to buy at the bottom, …….. and it won’t be luck.
