Thanks to all who responded. I appreciate the information about the elementary school- very helpful. I’ll definitely look at the fieldstones. I know one sold for just above our price range that was really nice.
I was definitely looking to get an opinion about various neighborhoods within Encinitas (or the granularity as SD put it- good word choice btw). Perhaps the best way to get some help will be to post a new thread requesting help on a specific property if one comes up that we are interested in looking at.
