Nice place. I can’t help but point out that you could get a similar place in Bonsall/Escondido/Lakeside and use the difference in mortgages to send at least one kid to LJCDS, but it’s Rancho Santa Fe and just the zip code is worth a lot, not to mention all the networking possibilities. And it’s west end, so, mild climate and short commute to the beach. I’ll shoot for something like that to retire if I somehow get stinking rich.
