Original sdr here not Sd R. You are looking in my wheelhouse as I have lived, worked and owned homes in this very area for many years. In your price range I would focus on the Fieldstone area as it is Flora Vista School which is the best elementary school you’ll get for that price range. Homes are located off Glen Arbor and N Willowspring west of Village Park Drive. Filedstone has a couple sections with some suttle but very important differences but thats what you hire a realtor to help you figure out.
There are lots of little nooks of areas all around Encinitas which are also wonderful that you might like but its tough to describe them with generalizations.
