Shopping the Market: Keeping informed online, but find open houses and calling on realtors a total wast of time right now.
Personal Thoughts: Prices are still ridiculous here, and after renting for a year and a half, I really hate it. I am not a happy renter. It sucks not being able to put in my home theater, plant any fruit trees, or doing anything to add the personal touches and pleasures of owning your own home. I’m 52 years old, and I sure hope this thing shakes out soon, preferably while I’m still living!
