My wife and I toured the Harveston condos last Saturday, and she loves the look of the area. They quoted me $252/mo HOA for the condos, which included cable, trash, and a few other things I’m forgetting. After she went down the list it didn’t seem so horribly high. They were very nice, but we’ll be needing a yard.
Even the sfr properties there tend to have small lots. I just can’t see paying for a 4-5,000 sq ft lot when I could get 6 or 7 in south Temecula for less.
The Fairways gated community in Redhawk looks awesome. Anyone know the taxes/HOA there?
