My problem with your website is format and presentation. You ‘sell’ Brookstone and ‘by the way’ we offer an MLS service. All realtor websites do that. On the other hand, SDlookup ‘sells’ an MLS service and ‘by the way’ we can help you find a home.
SDlookup is great at ‘viral marketing’ too. People post and email their listing links everywhere.
Also, SDlookup’s forums create quite a loyal audience. I check their forums everyday and I’m not in the market to buy a house.
