We all know the market is declining and that the Case-Shiller index is the best (but not perfect) way of measuring the price movement. Forget about the median. Don’t even bother looking at it; it is junk. Some will argue that the Case-Shiller lags the market, but I really don’t care. The bottom will last for several years, so I don’t need up to the minute information.
