My neighbor after 8 years of renting out rooms to long term renters (which was bad enough), has now for the last 2 years has been renting out rooms through Airbnb. It sucks. 3-4 cars plus his 4, rideshares, trash on the street, speeding cars, loud music, racket at all hours, the random couple arguing in the street, drugged out people wandering the street, etc. Pretty special.
I told the owner of the house it sucks when his business fills up all the street parking in front of my house, when he puts his trash in my trash can (I pulled it out and handed it back to him), etc. They stopped parking in front of my house.
It is a residential neighborhood, not a commercial district.
