My lawn guy comes every two weeks, and if it’s raining he’ll come back some other day. There have been a few times where he couldn’t make up the visit, and he didn’t charge me for it, which I think is reasonable. I can’t imagine paying a gardener for work they did not do, any more than I can imaging paying a dentist for a cavity he did not fill, or a mechanic for an oil change he did not perform.
