Motorcycle cops’ sole job is to write tickets. Get pulled over by them and it’s a guaranteed ticket. Sucks for sure. But they’re just doing their job, just like you go to work and do your job. Unfair to make the characterization that they’re all there to harass and persecute. You know when there’s trouble and you need help, then who do you call? 911. Some cops are out there to protect and serve.
Gosh, I never thought I’d defend them. I’ve had my share of tickets and it’s a major bummer. But then I think of all the times I rolled through a stop sign or sped through the streets and highways. If a cop were following me every day, I’d probably have my license revoked by now.
